timmyjames I think its opined my most and documented by the FLD investors and those before the FLD like Rigatoni, Leigh, Nightroads, Walker and Myself the tradeable float is 100% locked down and possibly way more. The shares pressuring the price are what commonly referred to as Phanton shares...IMO good luck
