That report is over a year old, and even if you refuse to leave room for unknowns, like deals pending.. We have had acquisitions since then. Seems an odd way to line one's pockets, buying companies as he said he would. Not terribly efficient, IMO.
There is only one thing wrong with your reasoning....Look at the past price of this company when indeed they had nothing going for them, I think it was over 0.05 when they had nothing. If only 1/1000th of the info we have is correct the company goes to 0.10....That my friend tells me even if all fails, the company will someday bounce back to the 0.05 level. I WILL HOLD.....
