#1200 RE: Greg_Van #1199

Today I have been learning all I can about the CEO of InfoSpi that I could find online. Without going into too much detail, Mr. Mayan heads up the Mayan Group, which is a real estate development company that reportedly has a current portfolio of developments valued at over $390 million. They do big deals! This is a real business man and a visionary. I'm also guessing that he spends alot of time with the real estate development business. In some ways, real estate may not seem like a natural fit for a someone leading a green and progressive company promoting renewable and sustainable clean energy. I disagree. People at his level in real estate development simply have access to people and opportunity that just aren't there for the majority of people. Maybe his real estate business takes much of his time from InfoSpi, but he's been at it too long for it to be a hobby or diversion. One may infer from all of this that he doesn't care as much about the day-to-day share price as we all do. He'll share news when it's ready to be shared. There is more to this story that we don't even know, and as it unfolds before our eyes it will get interesting and exciting.

I won't be able to get to 5mil shares, but I hope Greg gets that house for his son and girlfriend. When that happens, I should at least have a nice downpayment for a new home with my fiance.

Some companies at this stage make it part of their business plan to pump out a well timed news release to inflate share price. I don't think we are seeing that with InfoSpi for a reason. This CEO is not about playing that game. His development company is too big, and why would someone like him risk harming his public image by doing this kind of activity. In his line of work it's all about consistency, quality, and reputation. It's simply not worth it for him.

I do think we deserve to know that InfoSpi is full steam ahead as shareholders. Beyond that I'll hold on for the big news events.

Don't leave too early without considering what you might be leaving.

Greg,
You can check my math, but if you get your 5 million ISPI shares you would be a little more than 8% owner. Are there any additional requirements or restrictions on an individual that owns more than 5% of outstanding shares? Probably not....just thinking out loud.
