After a quick look in Quicken I saw that CEI had a loss for the last year. Also that they are merging with Cresent Operating (COPI). What is the prior connection between the two companies? It looks like holders of COPI are getting pennies for their shares and that COPI has had a rough time of it profit wise. CEI's earnings seem to bounce around from year to year. Any thoughts as to why that is? Any posibility they may cut their dividend in the near future?
