The merger is in the same place that all of the previously mentioned mergers are , dreamed up and then put out in company PR's . The talk of mergers is simply a ploy to lure in investors , after that you never hear about it again. I have seen several of these this year from QEDN.

Have you seen any mention of the mergers or acquisitions being closed. NO,NO,and NO.
Has anyone here ever had any contact or response from this company via email or returned calls . I have tried many times and have never had any replies from this company. They are only here to take your money. Then they throw out the same old PR's talking about the companies that they are suppose to be acquiring or merging with like the one you see today .
While nobody wants to believe that they have fallen for a scam and have been ripped off , just have an open mind and think about it .....
WHY would another company want to merge with QEDN ?
WHAT does QEDN have to offer , they have no products or services and are deeply in debt. The CEO has failed at every previous venture he has been involved with not to mention that many of his business associates have at some time or another already been investigated by the SEC for penny stock fraud. Only a matter of time before Makmann is in the hot seat. Of course he will be using OUR money to pay his lawyers with to try to keep himself out of trouble.
All is just my opinion but open your eyes and think about it.
