What will these stocks be worth in a no-bid market? That will be the lows.


CCME added to the Russell Index may actally be making things worse as now you have funds forced to liquidate whereas before -- they never would have been owners in the first place.

I bet many of the deleted Russell names are outperforming as a test of this theory.
