My guess....the new "seamless" tubes are for DVJ...old (seamed) tubes "Shannon Plastics" are still being used for SA--that is why there are still minor leaking issues...Maybe they upgraded to a higher density tube for SA that are still seamed?....However, I am looking forward not looking in the rear view mirrors....end of next week is the beginning of the new improved system in DVJ. Gumby - It's a pre-shipment which is standard in manufacturing and commercial trade agreements. In fact, I referred to this a few weeks ago. Trust this clarifies.
