Yes, you missed the most important parts:

(1) Prior transactions which resulted in divideds (from 2005) have never been paid and remain outstanding.

(2) These same gold interests have been sold several times previously and each one fell through at the last minute.

(3) FFGO has had an "immenent" sale multiple times and it never gets finalized.

IMHO this scam has been pulled by the same stock multiple times over. Learn from history.
