"The lead attorney's mom got sick and he flew back to New York and was there until she finally passed away. He just got back to Dallas and is catching up with three weeks of missed work. I got an e-mail from him a couple of days ago stating he would get with me as early as possible. So yes, SIAF is still going to get pounded as well as Chad Sykes and his two IR firms. When will the lawsuit PR come out ? I have no idea and I'm not going to bug the lawyer in his time of loss ........
