Now if we take into account next years EPS for this newly consolidated business, I am betting that QASP stock can be sold at a multiple of those earnings which is a significant premium to today's share price.

is newby revealing an interest in buying QASP shares at this level, as well as (eventually) cashing out his warrants? seems to me he may be accumulating stock right now, in the open market. and if dean is aware of this, would he hold off on news for a while? who knows... just thinking out loud.
