So I am warm huh! but no cigar. SL Brown.

After giving me a harsh lecture you then go and post that the 1st Quarter Sales were 50% higher than the 4th quarter sales.

The revenue was 590k in Q4 and 860k in Q1. How is that 50%.. I am no expert but i have to say thats not quite 50% it is not even 45%.

However there are also an additional 13 million shares increased in the O/S since Q4. So thats another 5% hidden loss.

If anything this quarter i want to see the O/s unchanged. That would be a first.

SL Brown .. wake up. It is all in the 10Q, there were 34 million shares handed out to pay for various services. Your were too biased at a time when the share price was inevitably going to drop.

NPHC is in an exicting phase at the moment and we people should be informed about thisexciting company with a new emerging product that might just might become a blockbuster. The company is run by what appears to be very savvy and intelligent people and it appears they are reliable and honest.

However you have been too focused on the product and the fact that the share price was too high and also the fact they were using shares to pay teh bills at one point makes it very hard to justify a P.E on a share price below .04 cents.

NPHC now has top provide a track record in order to regain any confidence that could justify such a high p.e. we need to see a plan to reduce O/S and we need a commitment ot the shareholder.. means no more dilution ( including equity payments).

Also a placebo trial with cobroxin should have been completed by now. It can't be that hard to organise, now they have money comng in. I know there is exisitng data.. but they could put something together just to tie up loose ends. It's just another weakness the competition can use against cobroxin.

Investors require a little more than promises.
