I rather think you're right about this being a scam. I still have a few shares, but made a nice profit on what I already sold. If it dips enough I may look to get back in for another trade. But the continued delays in SEC filings is par for the course ... the 'handwriting is on the wall' that they may keep deferring their filings indefinitely. Or when we finally do see the numbers, they'll look pretty bad. Nonetheless, they do know how to entice investors with their press releases, and it may continue to be a good trading stock until the truth is known ...

I noticed your absence in this one and that always makes me hesitate. Growing at the rate they are projecting and earning $0.30 the first year does seem very ambitious. If true, the stock should be cloer to $3.00+ minimum. I don't have many shares but do feel a bit uneasy - may sell 1/2 and let the free shares ride...

The fundamentals make me want ANDWE, but, The worry is are they for real. Apparently they recieved the E due to there choice in accounting firms and they are looking to remedy that. So I've heard. Does this also feel "scammy" to you. Are you up to speed on ANDWE?
