That means the company has gagged the TA because they want to hide the actual details of the current share structure.
An update of the share structure would likely show that the float has increased substantially as the insiders owning most of the over 2 billion in O/S shares have likely been dumping them on the open market - (O/S of over 2B already disclosed).
IMO, the share price drop is more likely due to insider selling of the shares received from the purchase of GuestMetrics than from from short selling.
However, Barrett and Posten, who may be the biggest culprits, put out a PR blaiming unnamed short sellers. Some here took the bait.
