Many stocks of pinksheets/OTCBB have less than 7 employees after my DD

That is VERY true....there are a lot of shells and losers on the pinks..some with fewer employees than 7

Not something to brag about though

..122 million shares OS on 6/3

Company issued 27 million shares to stay alive over a 4 month period

..The Issuer has 7 employees, of which 4 is full-time. (includes Airstar )( full-time Airstar 2, Mundus 2, part-time Airstar 2, Mundus 1

The only facility the company operates out of is an office:

The Company leases approximately 2700 square feet of office space at acres of property at 6067 Olivas Park Drive, Suites C & D, Ventura, California. The Company is in the last year of its two-year lease for this facility. The company moved the Ventura office to a new location at 5273 N. Commerce Ave Suite #1, Moorpark, CA 93021in December of 2009
