First time through I was just picking up bits and pieces. And I can say after the second and third time through your quotes are exactly as he stated them.
Now this is just my opinion, but if I am not mistaken the technology is what Dean was funding for Mineseeker Operations. This would lead me to believe that the "Finally Funded" refers to the money from Dean. But, what do I know.
