AGREE once divy in announced its going up. Mostly becouse it can't go down.

Even if ti is in stock form from a pink, for me the worst case, then it could still be very profitable... The only killer I see here is getting a boat load of shares from another bidless stock but I see those changes VERY small since no 'no-bid' stock has the assets to buy the two minority parts of the 2 sites.
