The Transfer Agent who never once has claimed a short nor notified anyone of a current failure to deliver
Yup...and that for starters leaves TM and a few insiders with some "explain'en" to do..which of course as we know..he would rather have this stock conveniently revoked for good and reside outside of jurisdiction...and have a few of his "lackey's" attempt to raise funds from a few not so bright shareholders which will at some point be used against themselves..if not just outright pocketed. But hey..why not..he fooled a few(with the help of some email "spokesmen") into thinking the bogus lawsuit was actually good for shareholders.
