Here some info from another board. It a letter to ESPH and a response from thier PR department.
a reply letter i recieved from Ecosphere IR 23 minutes ago i wrote them regarding fridays hatchet job from that short interest bogus site streetsweeper. i also reported the author to the SEC and i hope for her sake she doesnt have a short position in Ecosphere... im glad i held ALL of my shares. this week should be interesting. Ecosphere is now aware of the article. here is the reply i received from IR:
