As a moderator

life isn't grand.

i'm tasked to be a liason between the company (CEO) and the interest of shareholders that post on the board.

if I choose to post some things (for all) and not others, I don't win either

i try to gather sentiment of the board and deliver it to the CEO. as well as post things received that appear for general interest (reason why addressed to moderators)

letting folks decide what they will of the information received.

(posting of graffiti being another)

I know we have a CEO working 7 days a week; I can't ask for anything more as far as time. I don't think Eric wastes time on cleaning and sharing pics with us (always on Sat/Sun I believe), we constantly get new shareholders or eyes on us as well as there is a reason for doing it (other then it just needs to be cleaned).

Having supporting evidence to present is important. Be it with executives of transit authorities, Walmart, or any potential related business or enterprise.

Do I want other questions/concerns answered. Absolutely.

But I'm not going to doubt effort and commitment here for the general cause of WNBD and its shareholders.

I have never sent a note to WNBD, but one is on the way now.

I am thinking that a whole bunch of you guys need to just sell your shares and go elsewhere. I expect greater things year over year right here.

Walmart Canada bully tactics and a ceo that demonstrates his product are tearing the board up, this is nuts.

So apparently my post was one of the ones sent to Mr. Lehner. Well done whomever sent it. My point in what I said... how many pictures do you need of graffiti being removed to make the point? How many pictures do we already have? How many videos do we have? Scup did the first one and it was awesome and proved the point.

For anyone who wants to criticize those who aren't happy about such an attempt to pacify shareholders with such pictures...I would say...after you have been here for years and watched this like a hawk, supported the stock both financially and by going out and trying to get the word out about how great it is to everyone who will listen... then you can complain about us not being willing to shake those pom poms at this particular moment.

This theory they may pick it up again at some point...lol...do you think that Eric will be willing to make whatever the concessions are in August or November or whenever? If he is saying no based on "principle".... does that change over time?

I have noticed at Lowe's what is on their shelves looks different to me. It seems they are displaying more of the well known brands and removing the lesser known products which makes total sense from a financial standpoint. ALL companies are asking for more and more "concessions" from vendors because they can't afford to pay for shipping and other things with this crappy economy...what makes anyone think that a Lowes or any other NA here in the states isn't going to ask for concessions that Eric or WNBD can or is not willing to take? According to their filing...they can't afford to lose a single dime.

For those of us who have been here for some time...do you remember when Lowes was supposedly sent racks for the product and NO one could figure out who was going to put them together? Lowe's didn't want to pay people to do it and my impression that WB didn't have the crew to do it nor did they have the money to pay people. Hell shareholders were volunteering to go around and set up racks. It was only for a few test stores as is typically done. That was a little over a year ago I believe.

These are all things that have added up over the years. Do I think Eric is dishonest... I have always said NO. I still hold to that. Do I think they have spread themselves WAY TOO THIN by trying to be global... YES, YES, YES...and now...I am just not sure what will happen.

Store locator --- understand that just because a store is on the locator... DOES NOT MEAN there is product in that store. To say we have 5,000 stores...well... while the number is nice...it is not a fair representation of where product is or is not being sold. I don't think this is an attempt to be dishonest...I think it was not thought through clearly enough.

Eric could pull tons of rabbits out of his hat and the dream many have will come true. I continue to pray for that. Now..some will be angry that I am not either being quiet or trying to paint a rosy picture..that is not how I roll. Sucks to be you if that is what you want.

This is all my thoughts on all of this. I have said all I need to say and will be watching. For those who know me...I call it like I see it... good and bad.

I don't even know where to start...I am so confused right now...95% of us on this board stand by Eric even when we disagree with Winning Brands actions...For him to play the pity card in this email quite frankly pisses me off, more-so than I already am. He knows damn well no one is "nauseous" about the photos, nor do we think it is "beneath the dignity of the CEO" to clean graffiti....Come on now...He has done this many times and has gave us pictures to prove it on numerous occasions...It's all about the timing...IT'S ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE TIMING...This is the way I saw it..."Hey Fellow shareholders, we could lose Walmart Canada"...(hours later)...."oh by the way, heres some pictures for your IBOX"....I mean WTF, seriously? We are not in pre-school...When most here have given loyal dedication to the CEO for years...how could you do that? It obviously was a good decision to not abide by Walmart's change...but you DO NOT try to ease the pain that it will cause (both mentally and to the PPS) by sending us that second Memo...(whether or not it was for that reason, it was the board's overall perception) These types of Memo's were great before, and they will be great in a few days when things here calm down...but just not now.

I must of missed this rumor of Walmart though...I never knew people were talking about this...You know what's worse though...I'm tired of people here making a bad situation seem like it's good. AS of now we only know we could possibly lose a great Logo in our portfolio...We don't know anything else besides that. We know what Eric PR's and sends us via Memo...which is not always anything to brag about. We have had so many irons in the fire for months, but i'm wondering if the irons are even lukewarm...I am getting a little frustrated and I refuse to post in favor of things that don't like. I want to know how well or how horrible we are doing in the DRTV...I want to know why we have not had a CC date set yet...I want to know why we are sitting at .008...We have made no progression in pps since the last CC... we have decreased and most likely will decrease further on Monday.

We have all been chasing the never ending dangling carrot for months and for some, years...I mean, can we just get a nibble? I think that with Walmart doing this corporate bullying, we would be an even more attractive buyout. As realgood said, I would hope that any further offers, Eric would at least consider PR'ing it, whether he wanted to accept it or not...We need something here and fast...I have preached to family members and friends how great the Company is, but for over a year now, I have to keep defending them...not sure what to tell them this time...

P.S...this was certainly a bad week for Rocket to choose to go on Vacation.

Eric has explained before that when he gos on on these cleaning trips it's usually for the benefit of interested buying parties.

If everyone's tired of seeing the photos he sends then I guess he will probably keep on doing what he's doing but stop sending the photos to the mods.

I always enjoy the occasional update from Eric - in my eyes, something is always better than nothing - but if people have tunnel vision, or only want to receive NA news and nothing else, I guess that's the way the wind is blowing.
