It is word for word an end quote from a financing PR from awhile ago and then it turns into nonsense. I think its just some random fluke blog or something. Its the Oct 7 2009 PR.

Just looked at the article, seems the site's wordpress install has some database issues, I found where much of the data displaed it tagged to different stories which makes sense as to why none if it makes sense. I couldn't difinatively see what was relating to ZEVO but it looks like there is either a financing pr in the works or just an opinion / rumor, about funding of some type.
I have never seen that site before so its likily just an investor trying to stir up a little excitement. We need a 10k countown ticker..
