Their is no discrepancy. Your Feburary edition has the more up to date list. So, do me a favor, list for me all the A+ stocks that I did not list. I will add to my watch list.

Value Line, which is available free at most public libraries, also has quality, timeliness and safety rankings for individual stocks.

Their statistics take some time to learn and usefully understand for AIM, but I find it a very reliable source of info.
