Interesting observation, and perhaps partially true, at least in the past tense. Not sure how predictive your comment is though.
Given the number of shorts "in" this stock, it's not surprising that ARSC has been scraping the absolute bottom tier of the sub-penny world for the last several months.
But perhaps the stock's sp may be given some air supply in the next few days and weeks, as a new round of shareholders comes into it.
Those who would characterize new buyers as "bagholders" have an axe to grind, er, "to hone" :-)
It's hard to imagine how or why existing shareholders would be distraught about the sp going up. Oh don't buy the stock, don't make the sp go up!
Seems like the only folks who would be publicly gnashing their teeth right now would be those who stand to lose if the sp goes up.
