If you would please go back and read everything you will find out that I never said that BEHL had a unit that was commericial for more than a year. If you had bothered to do any research at all you would have realized that the system was never intended to be owned by BEHL, thus it was not a unit BEHL 'had'
After some more research; BCEA:HK was absorbed, eventually, by 'Crest Capital Partners' then later assets were broken up between two companies; Qingdao Brewery that makes Tsingtao Green Beer from Spirulina algae, and the other is Longyan Zhuoyue New Energy Development Co., Ltd. which is one of the main production companies for China Biodiesel. What happened with it from there is unknown. It is not abnormal for projects of newer technology in which the chineese governemnet is involved (the land grated) to be almost immediately and completly absorbed into some unrecognizable form and become part of china's industrial and commercial base as though it had always been there. If you understood business fundamentals you would know this is a normal occurance in all countries, its just more visible in the U.S. then it is in china - its called acquistion and merger and the chineese just do it differently. However, the assumption in relation to BEHL that "their Chinese unit that has supposedly been commercial for more than a year" was an improper one on your part. I never said it had been in operation for more than a year, in fact I specifically refered to it as a project and specifically stated "I don't know the current status of the 'project' and do not pretend to know. It may have been sold off or absorbed and recapitalized because I see a 'branch' in the paper work mentioning a beer company and a company that does fuels.", please don't attribute your falsehoods to me.
The system is leaking, we already know why, the new tubing will be in soon and the thing rebuilt, problem will be solved. This has already been hashed over once, why not just let it go and move on. You can always come back later to the subject after the new tubes are in and the same problem exists, so why waste your time with what is a moot point for now.
Obviously your not happy with BEHL and seem to hold some sort of grudge and dislike not only against BEHL and this forum, along with its members, but against yourself as the self-loathing in your posting tone clearly shows. We don't need to be rescued from BEHL, we don't need to be informed about BEHL, we know about BEHL and there is nothing anyone can say by use of slanted and deceptive posting which is of any value to reasonable and clear discussion. Despite such posting there are still 7000 plus investors, and only a hand full, about 5%, post here or read this forum, so the influence of such deceptive and slanted posting is moot because in case you haven't noticed, the members of that 5% which don't do deceptive and slanted posting but instead choose to discuss are not swayed by such posting. So continue wasting your time if you wish, however, if you don't like BEHL then invest in something else, its as simple as that.
