I think it is important to note officers and directors had the have longer restrictions on their shares. this will enable a large majority of the shares to remain untouched when the common shares are free and a sell off begins. This should hold the price up or keep it from crashing. if the price does crash I would say these officers and directors grab them up like hot cakes taking them off the market as fast as they come on stabilizing the price once more.
