Pike doesn't have to file because he never owned more than around 5% of SPNG.

First of all, now that the OS is officially known to be 3 Billion, Pike is no longer required to file when selling shares because his percentage of ownership falls below the threshhold. Secondly, IMO, the only "game" the longs are still in is the one they are playing in their heads.
