Yea, even though us yanks probably developed the standards, well maybe not, as I don't think Rockefeller had any and...case in point... we let BP just walk right in here and shamefully blow things up. But, could it be that the Brits or Aussies have better drill rig standards than us?
Quite the contradiction, huh?
And so, maybe it's a global thing now, as that oil should be landing on the British Isles soon...

Well, maybe Malcolm knows it's acceptable as he has had previous dealings w/ Gefco or, maybe better yet, that he believes he has the money to burn...
