Obviously you are SPOT ON! They actually probably paid more to pry the shares from the exiting large shareholders. The 13D will elucidate this.

I dont even think this has been in all seriousness considered or even asked. Im really concerned about this. The one question I ask myself is are they buying at at 0.00005 or at 0.0001? That is my only concern. I guess we will know Monday LOL. Go FFGO

diamondguru one: Nobody can argue with your logic and 2 million is the minimum paid it could be much more. Sounds like someone who is very confidant of the outcome and who has a plan wouldn't you agree?

We do not wish to speculate on the size of the “free float” but can categorically state it is not greater than 34 Billion shares of Common Stock; in all likelihood, it is substantially less than that number. Any attempt to accumulate a sizeable position in this Company’s shares of Common Stock through purchases in the market, would result in hugely increased trading price in the shares of our Common Stock.

It is possible the benefical owner is paying a premium to the large shareholders for their shares. Possible they are even paying $0.0002 per share. I would pay $0.0003 share around the market if I was expecting a $0.003 cash dividend.

Also, appears they are buying around the electronic market. Possibly buying paper certs from note holders?

Reason for the delay may be the note holders waiting on paper certs from TA, then having to send signed certs to beneficial owner.

Seems like a number of moving parts here.
