re share count. Yes and no. They indicate in the PR that they did a recent private placement to finance the purchase of the last car lot. That raised shares to 16 million. Timing was pretty close. ??? Bobwins

I keep saying, selling now is selling for peanuts. This thing has $3 written all over it!!! Looks like they are really hell bent on getting to a real exchange.
