MOP it is my opinion that we have the share structure pretty locked when it comes to the float. I would like to know what our PAR value for shares are, I'm thinking it is .001 or less and that would mean that the most that could have been raised is $50,000 and quite frankly I don't believe any MM in their right mind would give him that for equity. So I'm thinking Rick might have between $20 & 30,000 for those shares
