For those of us thinking of perhaps adding to a long-term position, do you know:
1) the minimum $ amount of an individual investor ppl?
2) the lock-up period
3) the current SP under the ppl.

I presume if one has an interest one would need to contact the company, but perhaps the information you or others having recently invested in a ppl may be of interest to both new and old investors who haven't used the ppl process. Thanks
