Maybe he's gonna take what he can get while he can get it. After all if JUNP has another reverse split he'll only have a couple hundred thousand to a half million shares instead of the 112 million. I know the stocks value increases by as much as the shares decrease but I've seen stocks lose 1/2 to 2/3 their value once a split is announced not to mention losing the same within 1 to 3 days after a reverse split.
