Why would it go up? There is no information on the company and the shell of this company has been used several times with different names. My assumption is that you 2 guys have an agenda. The only way a person can make money on this is by luck, if they happen to catch an upswing on the minipulation of the stock.
For one, ALL or at least 99.99% of penny stock pumps are scams. This company has no financial news. News has just come out with in the last few weeks and penny stock promoters were promoting that news before it was even released. The company has changed names several times and here are questions that I sent to the CEO and thru the website and the response from the CEO:
Why is it that the company has changed names so many times and business descriptions so many times? Why is there no financial information on the company? Why is there no news prior to June 2010? Why has the CEO changed as well? I probably know the answer, but I would prefer an explanation and where I can find results of the company and expected revenues from current and future ventures. I will continue to follow up on the company and go forward with any findings. Thanks, Michael Anderson

gm first I want to thank you for your interest in our company, I will try to answer your questions. we purchased the company in 09, it was previously in the security systems with the government. apparently they were in and out of govt. contracts. finally went bk and gave it up . the company stayed dormant for several months until we purchased it and moved our assets into its shell.
we have been in the building business for several years here in Florida as pvt. and saw this opportunity to go public, as far as other news ,im governed by rule 10-b insider trading so the only direction you can get from me about the future is what is published in news releases..(try www. pinksheets.com)
