Chemic76spirit... A friendly word of advice... I would be cautious about your comments related to your position and other internal details at Chemtura. They (their lawyers) do monitor the message boards, especially Yahoo.

So if you get all the hours you want, why is the equipment being neglected? The factory in our town got rid of a bunch of maintenance and instrument people thinking that they could contract them out. Guess what, they had to re-hire to keep the machinery in good repair. Down time =$$$ big time.
