I agree that this is a possibility, but I think that the company is looking for long term returns.

I believe the company did this to get capital to secure more production facilities, either through lease or purchase, to ramp up production in very short order. I hope they're buying.

Well, you better hope they didnt "increase A/S to bring stock price down". The SEC would suspend them if they caught wind of that. So, hopefully they didnt have that in mind.
