belmontx, I thought you just said no more personal shots? That they are self-centered, repetitive, deflect attention, and you wouldn't take part in diatribes. So why did you just post that quote from dupedbysteve? It sure seems like you're baiting me, so that I will be manipulated into making more "self-centered, repetitive, diatribes that deflect attention from this board." And then you will have the cover under which you hide while making the personal shots you claim you so detest. You should review the iHub terms of use; you show a propensity to violate them by making these personal issues rather than staying on topic.

Unlike you and dupedbysteve, I haven't attacked anyone in this forum, but I have pointed out false or irrelevant statements made by several persons in this forum. The terms of the tree owners' contracts stipulate the information TATF is committed to provide. I don't believe anyone has shown that TATF hasn't performed as contractually required.

I haven't attacked dupedbysteve; dupedbysteve has attacked and harassed me repeatedly. dupedbysteve refused to reveal his identity yet demanded to know the identity of anyone that didn't support his statements.

Considering that dupedbysteve called me Steve (Brunner) in most of his postings, and that he told justcfrall that I would not pay him for his trees when I bought them, and that he provided an absurdly incorrect definition of slander, and that he three times stated I colluded with the Brunners to steal tree owners' money without providing any substantiation, and that iHub deleted at least one of those posts (and may have consequently terminated his iHub posting privileges -- are you still here dupedbysteve?), I find it hard to conclude as you have, belmontx. But for once you actually stated your opinion as your own opinion, and I can't argue with your right to believe what you want even if your belief has no justification in fact.

belmontx, I don't see your name at the top of this forum. Who gave you authority to say what this forum is all about? (There you go again, speaking for everyone else!) Apparently, you're unaware the name of this forum is Investing in Timber. You also haven't proven any investor has been victimized.
