i think people need to realize the facts in this case:

-jared wilfully got involved with these poeple and deceived us!
-jared sold us out, not the opposite
-jared's not lived up to promises regardless of the suit. he's supposed to communicate with us, let us know whats going on in the business and all that....he hasn't done this

the point is that until jared gets out of the way and stops being a distraction, this company and its shares will go nowhere.
