To put a fine point on it and some speculation to fill in the blank, it appears to be creative difference and allowing another company to come in and make changes. Take it however you want, I could clearly see that has more to do with others that were not initially involved in the beginning encroaching upon someone’s work.

Funny thing about that comment. Thanks for posting. I think that "the company" may have been RWE who may have wanted to make changes to some of the specs. The creative difference which also led to the split of Shen and Fish, may have actually impacted the relationship with RWE after their requested changed didn't take place.
