I don't think so. Didn't he lead a team to make bio fuel that already flew commercial air craft? I think if anything he meant that we are a long way off of it being cost efficient thus BEHL foccussing on nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals and there maybe lies the missunderstanding with him and BEHL as maybe he wants to waste time and money on R&D for fuel and BEHL wants to make money now and let someone else pay for the R&D for fuel.
