Indiana case is ongoing.
This is the text of the 5/26 judge's order:

ORDER
This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Extend Dispositive Motion Deadline [DE
166], filed by Defendants on May 20, 2010. On May 20, 2010, the Court issued an order setting a
deadline of May 24, 2010, for Plaintiff to file a response to the motion, if any. Plaintiff did not file
a response.
Accordingly, finding the motion well taken and noting the lack of objection, the Court
hereby GRANTS the Motion to Extend Dispositive Motion Deadline [DE 166]. The Court
ORDERS that the dispositive motion deadline is extended to July 15, 2010.
However, in light of the October 8, 2010 final pretrial conference and November 8, 2010
bench trial settings, any further requests to extend the dispositive motion deadline will be viewed
with disfavor.
SO ORDERED this 26th day of May, 2010.
