First things first, lets see an audited balance sheet and audited earnings statement. It's been MONTHS, and there is still no sign off from the auditors.

How many months will pass until you begin to feel that it is an issue? Do you actually think it can take a full quarter to audit someones books? This is not Microsoft, this is a company with 400k YEARLY revenue.
