I agree with you. Even if the sales are increasing, the company and bond-holders would not show those extra increases in the balance sheet until they get out of the BK. So, the only way not to let them stealing the company from the shareholders is that the EC should propose a better POR, and get it approved by the Court. Hope/wish that the EC has ability to do.
One of the Press Releases recently - talks about placing sales restrictions (rationing to customers) on bromide products. That is a big HINT that sales are strong and I would think EC can use that.
