bleuduece: Hate to rehash old discussions, but a great start would be to get this company together and start reporting so we can get off of the pinks sometime soon. According to SCMI, we have "signed" Universal, so that should trigger Peter's promise to file and get off the pinks as soon as a second major was signed. Hopefully, this will happen quickly, but I've been here long enough not to hold my breath for this one. Silver bullets only work in the movies. Solid corporate fundamentals is the only way to go.

A PR that validates that we are the industry standard, that we have increased and our increasing monthly revenues substantially, Apple Ipod compatibility etc...basically anything "substantial" that will regain shareholders confidence (which btw IMHO we haven't seen since the first BMG PR in 6/03).
