I have recently been through the same wait in another company that you guys are currently experiencing here... big companies move at their pace..a signed agreement could mean a MOU... it could mean a LOI..

agreements while they wait for the finished deal to be worked out..

We are doing some great things that will be quite evident shortly.
We have a pharma partner that we are working very closely with for about a year now. The agreement was only signed this year.
We have been quiet about this per the signed agreement (mutual approval on releases) and mostly the fact that we have increased the relationship scope and therefore the value of our mutual objectives.
In short telling the world what we are doing creates a buzz that is good and a buzz that means others need to keep an eye on us… also it shows our hands as to a larger picture.
Sorry to be coy..not my intention. I expect this type of news sooner than later…the name will lend credibility the deal will position and grow Positron.
The day traders will love it and complain that its not a billion dollar check.
Again we are growing fast and positioned to win big.

Hopefully the signed agreement is different than the NYSE-25$B company partnered that we have been waiting for? Otherwise nothing has changed from last year if they have been working with them for a year now. Hopefully they can let someone know here if they are two different companies and not the same.
