as we already know lanze used that schlub to give him a letter allowing lanza to do the raise, lanza never reports, as far as we know he's alrealy raised the money, what the prefereds dont know is that lanza isn't telling them everything, Re the attorney, barnett as clearly been paying lots of attornies, so if there is someone w/ a beef id wager barnett has a beef with them as well so i expect nothing to come of that
