It's the same case. I don't know why they put Morgans name at the top but most of the documents are that way.

The implication is that if the agreed settlement is not filed with the court by that date that it would become moot.

I doubt that's the case. This court of course would not be in a position to enforce the agreement if someone reneged. Presumably what ever the agreement was it would have resulted in a contract that could be litigated in a new suit if that became necessary.
