Re FDA application - this is from Cox who talked to HQ a couple days ago:

--Another reason not to wait before acquiring this company is that viruses act quickly. We're used to FDA drug approval processes that last five or more years for one reason: The diseases they address, such as cancer and heart disease, take many years to develop. It also takes many years to prove they are cured. Viruses, however, take days or even hours to develop. Cures can be verified in weeks. It will take months, not years, to prove the efficacy and safety of NanoViricides’ drugs when they reach the FDA. I cannot, of course, say when that will happen -- but it won't be long.--

Cox says "not long", another "its a long ways off" - I'll go with Cox!
