you may want to compare the information in the court docs that times the entire scam with the massive volume beginning in June of last year. there never was a significant short position in SPNG and the court docs also support that.

What makes you think that? Are you saying the M&M's are innocent players who got trapped in a "get shorty" ploy, and all that business about fraudulent filings about grossly inflated revenues and fake companies was part of the plan?
