WD, you are very insightful. I, too, share your thoughts and believe there's more reality in your perceptions than we might be grasping at this point. IMO there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth for those that sell at this juncture.

Waterdogs. I have thought for some time that the only way Asepticsure will ever see the light of day is through a buyout. We have had only one genuine analyst look at, and publish, their thoughts on MZEI and that was the guy from AMI. His conclusion was that he thought a buyout the most likely outcome. The company have put this analysis up on their website and have not made any attempt to deny it. Whether this has been intentional or not is a moot point but it is at odds with the stated "business plan". The implied comment on managements capability to bring Asepticsure to market is obvious.

The fact remains that as shareholders we are very much in the dark and based on comment here considerable frustration is building. In thoery we have numerous positive initiatives going on in the background but to date they are neither confirmed nor denied and theay are not manifesting thesmselves in the sp. Historically we experienced the same frustration as we waited for Groundelll funding which was always a crock. This time around we have spectacular science but a totally unspectacular flow of information or reaction from the market. It should be no surprise that the price continues to wallow and general confidence amongst existing and potential shareholders does the same. Change is needed if anything is to be different and there is no such thing as a miracle announcement that will solve all these issues.

As for buyout potential. If you were a potential partner or buyer why wouldn't you just buy the whole thing on the open market instead of doing a deal. You could buy a controlling shareholding for considerably less than $10 per share because commercial considerations have either not been addressed or are being addressed in a way that is not obvious. Wishful thinking is no longer good enough is it ? The genuine longs here have been there and done it and we deserve much better. regards.

WD, gold star for your interesting ideas on how things could unfold. Sounds reasonable and logical to me.
I was told about MZEI during the blood study days. At that time I was chasing other ideas, procrastinated, and did not buy any shares. Late last year I was re-told about MZEI by a friend and decided to become a student of the company history. I could see years of blood, sweat, tears, leadership and DETERMINATION management has endured and produced.
Part of the hard working PRODUCERS with vision in this country , Not the damned gravy sucking leach lazy TAKERS.
I think Henry Ford would be proud, and if he were still around would probably be a MZEI investor. I`m on board, and look forward to see what happens next in the weeks and months to come.

Hey Waterdog - your post is very interesting, whereby the company would sell AsepticSure to a multi-national company for cash and therefore allow the company to pay shareholders a cash dividend for X # of dollars. The company could keep enough money to pursue their Hep C, blood purification and other projects.

Do you have an up-date for us on this scenario?

My guess for a good multi-national company is Baxter Health Care Corp.

10 dollars a share, come on

if "behind the scenes" negotiations were taking place, we wouldn't be at 20 cents---word would have leaked out
