I'm sorry but that is disinformation. Someone is unloading shares at .0003. Out of a total volume of 9.7 million today only 1000 shares were a buy. Ask is stacked up it would take massive volume to shift them from the .0004s. Its only a matter of time before this goes down to .0002 at this rate.
