agreed... and yes, maybe both, given the history of what they've done before, it wouldn't surprise me one bit. many share holders got burned with the last r/s... but again, this is the way of pinky land! this was never a long term play IMO, but i did okay trading it for a stretch.... depending on how their sales pan out, i might roll the dice on this one and pick a few more shares up.
